What are the processing and shipping times?
Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days before they are shipped. Primarily we estimate the shipping time to be between 7-12 days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
What about unexpected delays?
If the delivery takes longer than the standard shipping time, it might be due to external factors, such as international customes processing and holidays, which are beyond our control. Please contact us at support@tryclearsteam.com if your package is taking longer than usual to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
What if my items get lost during transit?
